GIVEAWAY TERMS

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Baten Coffee Co, LLC, doing business as Mocha Mugs (“Mocha Mugs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. These terms are written specifically in regard to the “Free Coffee for a Year” Giveaway which will be referred to as “the giveaway”. Persons who enter the competition will be referred to as “entrants”. Please read carefully. Thank you!

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY:

To enter the giveaway, entrants must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Sharing the giveaway post on at least one of any of the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter

  • Tagging 3 additional accounts in the comment section

  • Entrants must be following an official Mocha Mugs account on at least one of the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter

Entrants must enter the giveaway before Friday, January 5th, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:

To abide by the U.S.’ No Purchase Required laws, entrants can enter the competition by sending their First Name, Last Name, Address, and social handles via email to mochamugswebsite@gmail.com for the equivalent of 1 entry.

ANNOUNCING THE WINNER:

On January 6th, 2023, at any time of the day, the winner will be chosen at random. The first name and last name of this entrant will be cross-referenced to ensure the completion of the above remaining requirements. The qualifying chosen entrant will be emailed that they have been chosen*.

*PLEASE NOTE: You have approximately 24 hours to respond to this email in order to accept your prize. If you do not accept the prize within 24 hours, the price will be forwarded to the next chosen person.

TERMS OF THE PRIZE:

The award of the giveaway has the following terms:

  • The award is free drip coffee for one calendar year. The prize will be awarded by showing the ID of the winner to any Mocha Mugs location. The prize is 1 cup, any size, of drip coffee of any of our roasts (medium, dark, toasted southern pecan, flavor) and includes 1 sauce/syrup add-on. The prize is limited to 1 per day only on the days we are open.

  • The only individual eligible for the prize at any time is the winner. The prize is non-transferable. The prize does not include any compensation in the form of cash.

  • The prize expires on January 1, 2025.
